Maintenance Technician
Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team!
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who is experienced and highly self-motivated. The position will require an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This maintenance tech will work as part of a team maintaining 276 units in Denver, Colorado. This individual will need to interact on a daily basis in a professional and courteous manner with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly, and have strong organizational skills to organize his/her workload, complete service requests, and meet with vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily walks, repairs, and maintenance of the community common areas, grounds, and amenities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Drywall, texture, and patching repairs
• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders
• Perform quality Apartment make-ready turns
• Communicate and report maintenance issues to the Supervisor and other team members
• Pool maintenance -- CPO designation a plus
• Groundskeeping and snow removal
• Must participate in on-call rotation and ensure a punctual response to on-call emergencies
Minimum Qualifications:
• Personal set of general tools
• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a drug and background check
Compensation:
$26.00-$29.00 Hourly Rate + Renewal Commissions

This position is eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Paid Holiday, Vacation, and Sick time plus matching 401K Retirement Plan. On-site housing is available with a 20% discount.
