We have quality, experienced superintendents that stay on site through the whole project to ensure a quality build that finishes on budget and on time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist senior superintendents in coordinating and supervising all construction activities on-site, including subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Learn and apply project management principles to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Support the monitoring of project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and assist in implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Participate in site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, to facilitate alignment and collaboration.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction project management.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of 2-3 years as a commercial Site lead or Foreman.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices is a plus.
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at different phases of the project cycle.
  • Adapt quickly to work with different trades at any phase of the project as needed.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
