Who You’ll Work With: You will be part of a best-in-class HR Technology team that transforms how HR enables the business and workforce. You will play a pivotal role in leading new processes and enhancements to support Time-Keeping, Payroll, Benefits, and more.



Key Responsibilities:

Administer, enhance, and support all HR Technology Integrations.
Act as a technical point of contact for Workday and UKG/Kronos systems, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and process improvements.
Partner with business stakeholders to design and manage the functionality of Workday and UKG modules.
Identify and implement process enhancements and automation within HR functions, with a focus on time and attendance workflows.
Configure Workday Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits modules to meet business needs.
Collaborate with facilities and IT teams for time clock setup, maintenance, and integration with Workday, UKG, and other systems.
Mentor and guide HR Technology team members on Workday time and attendance functionality.
Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Workday and UKG Dimensions.



Ongoing Responsibilities:

Work with corporate business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design time and attendance solutions.
Develop, test, support, and deploy integrations related to timekeeping and payroll.
Analyze release updates to understand impacts on existing time and attendance integrations.
Maintain data integrity and support data extraction related to timekeeping and attendance.
Provide technical support for HR application-related issues, focusing on time and attendance integrations.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM-related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience working technically with Workday, preferably with Kronos/UKG.
Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience implementing HCM modules, such as Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, or Absence Management (preferably in Workday).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet business needs on a timeline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.



Physical Demands:

Daily interaction with team members via calls or in person.
Sitting or standing in cubicles or meeting rooms.
Regular use of computer screens.



Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
