Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Horsham, PA is currently looking for a iOS Developer to join their expanding team.
Position Details:
Job Title: iOS Developer / Architect (Hybrid-work)
Duration: 4 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Horsham, PA
Hybrid: 1-2 days/week Onsite
PR Range: 100–115/hr on W2 (without benefits)
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.
You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan

Must have Bachelors degree
Min years of experience: 5 years
Must have good documentation skills
Location:
Horsham PA (required onsite 1-2 days per week)
9am-5pm M-F
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Architect/Developer to lead the end-to-end development of a new iOS mobile application designed for internal company use.
This role requires someone who can manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, while also providing technical mentorship to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire software development process, including requirement gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the new iOS mobile application
Evaluate and develop software solutions
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Document development requirements
Work closely with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to gather requirements, provide demos, conduct testing, and ensure alignment with business goals
Provide technical mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a lead software architect or in a similar role for IOS or hybrid platforms
Strong software development background
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in mentoring and leading development teams
Experience with chatbot development, NLP, and branching content
