Full Job Description

Gunn Built, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Development Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of site development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage site development projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all site development activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for site development.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenditures, and other relevant data.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the site development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development or construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of site development processes, including grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to site development.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
  • Must hold a Site Utility Manager License.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Potential weekends)

Work Location:
  • Hybrid schedule with a mix of on-site and remote work.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Atlanta, GA
