Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform carpentry work for various remodeling projects, including additions, kitchens, bathrooms, whole house remodeling, exterior remodeling, and accessible remodeling.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure projects meet design specifications and client expectations.
- Execute framing, installation of trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and managed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Participate in our in-house training program to continuously develop and refine carpentry skills.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members, and supporting a collaborative work culture.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in carpentry, preferably in remodeling or construction.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Computer and building software experience is preferred.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background clearance.
