ALTA Outdoor Living is seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team and help create luxurious, custom-designed outdoor living spaces. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in constructing and installing pergolas, decks, and other outdoor structures, working alongside a team that values excellence in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Founded by brothers Jeff and Jon Potter along with their talented "family member" Dave Little, ALTA Outdoor Living is committed to the highest quality construction, innovative outdoor structures, and meticulous attention to detail. As the exclusive Azenco pergola contractor and dealer servicing the greater Denver region, we pride ourselves on transforming outdoor spaces into eye-catching, year-round havens. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the construction and installation of custom pergolas, decks, and other outdoor structures.
• Perform a variety of physical tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand tools and equipment.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate and high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Support team members in completing projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including staging materials and tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Previous experience in construction or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 80-100 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
