Job Responsibilities
- Perform primarily in the office with occasional fieldwork
- Projects include land development, site development, and public works
- Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation
- Create digital terrain models from field survey data
- Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus
- Review and check work for quality control
- Conduct deed research
- Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor
- Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor's attention
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent or specialized vocational training
- 3 years of land survey experience
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
- Advanced knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus
