Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing techniques for various applications such as sidewalks, slabs, and decorative projects.
- Skillfully apply finishes like broom, stamped, and trowel to concrete surfaces.
- Install reinforcing materials as required by project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project documents to ensure all work meets design and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and contribute positively to our team and company culture.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and commercial concrete, demo, installation, and finishing.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT physical standards.
- Experience with driving and towing vehicles for project needs is preferred.
- Strong ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction.
