Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and train new and existing employees
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Coordinate and communicate with all project personnel to avoid potential problems as well as identify and resolving problems when they arise
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA and company standards
Operate various pieces of equipment
Perform general labor and other construction related duties as required
Ensure that all administrative duties, such as time sheets, accident and damage reports, safety meetings, safety audits, maintenance logs, expense reports, and affirmative action reports are prepared and submitted in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Represent the company in a professional manner on and off the job site
