Qualifications:
- The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 7 years of field experience on mid-large construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+ in size.
- Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
- Proficiency with safety procedures
- Extensive managerial and people skills
- Materials procurement
- Supervision of self-performed work
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university andor 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Oversees and Directs Staff
- Promotes Client and Industry Relations
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
