Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 / year

Job Summary:

As a Construction Superintendent at Sport Court Carolina, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing commercial installation projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for supervising all operations and tasks necessary to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects, inspiring your team to maintain high-performance levels and deliver top-quality work. With your leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in commercial construction, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all operations and tasks necessary to complete assigned installation projects
• Inspire and motivate your team to maintain high-performance levels and stay on task
• Ensure on-site presence during installations to guarantee quality and strive for zero callbacks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure job site environment
• Monitor and approve installation team working hours using Workforce/T-Sheets
• Reward outstanding performance and address any disciplinary issues within your team
• Provide regular project progress updates to the salesperson and customer, at least weekly
• Receive material shipments and monitor expenses to keep projects within budget
• Schedule and track maintenance of company vehicles
• Inspect and maintain tools, reporting any needs to the Operations Manager
• Assist in training newly hired installers
• Provide daily project status reports to the Operations Manager, including photos and written updates as requested
• Communicate effectively and manage subcontractors onsite

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience managing commercial installation projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, plans, diagrams, and elevations
• Ability to measure and layout project details using tools like transit level
• Knowledge of interior and exterior construction processes
• Familiarity with concrete, asphalt, electrical and lighting systems, hardwood, fencing, water flow, and drainage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively
