A local Construction Management company is looking to add a Superintendent to their laid back, self-motivated team! They work with some of the best clients in the area and are currently managing multiple projects. Job Description/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent
- Must have expereince with industrial and commercial projects
- Projects could be anywhere from $100k - 3 million
- Manage subcontractors, in house crews, etc.
- Mostly heavy concrete work
- Must have good communication skills
PAY RANGE/BENEFITS:
- $85-110k/year
- Full benefits
