This position will entail involvement in all phases of the design process, from marketing submittals and participation in the pursuit of projects through SD, DD, CD and CA.

This position will entail involvement in all phases of the design process, from marketing submittals and participation in the pursuit of projects through SD, DD, CD and CA.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and project objectives.
- Develop architectural concepts and designs that meet both aesthetic and functional criteria.
- Prepare and manage construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure that all design and construction documentation comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with other design professionals, consultants, and contractors to integrate various project components.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design intent is being faithfully executed.
- Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and review and approve submittals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- A professional degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 7 years of architectural experience.
- Demonstrate a portfolio that has a very strong design aptitude.
- Has the ability to work with design leaders and project teams on all phases of project delivery.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp preferred.
- Understanding of other modeling and rendering software such as Grasshopper, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
