Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion for luxury residential interior projects.
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the luxury residential interior renovation market.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in high-end residential projects.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
