Job Description

• Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion for luxury residential interior projects.
• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the luxury residential interior renovation market.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in high-end residential projects.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
