About Our Client

Our client is a national, vertically integrated builder/developer of multifamily projects. Their typical project ranges from $100M to $200M. They have a strong presence here in the Mid-Atlantic with projects in DC, MD, & VA. They have a large-scale project coming up in the Baltimore area and are seeking a Framing/Front-end Superintendent to join their team.

Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily/Mixed-use- Baltimore, MD will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day on-site construction activities, specifically for framing
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans
• Coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
• Working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules
• Monitoring project budgets and expenses
• Identifying and resolving issues

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Multifamily/Mixed-use- Baltimore, MD will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction
• Can either be an Assistant Superintendent with exposure to framing/front-end construction or a framing superintendent by trade
• Wood-frame multifamily experience required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
