Composite Trimmer/Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing parts that meet company objectives and specifications
• Collaborating with stakeholders to provide input on design for manufacturing
• Working as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Meeting deadlines using company systems like "Work To Lists" and D365
• Checking materials for correctness according to route operations and technical specifications
• Recording and communicating non-conformance issues as per department procedures
• Processing workload and releasing to the next operation promptly

Job Requirements:

• Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models
• Proficient in using current department technology
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department
• Flexible approach to work, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Well-organised with attention to detail
• Team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Adherence to good housekeeping and health & safety policies
