Part II Architectural Assistant | Norwich | Up to £35k

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Part II Architectural Assistant to join an award winning, friendly multi-disciplinary consultancy in Norwich. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects.

The Company

Our client are a mid-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with several UK office. They have experience in a number of project sectors and scales. They have an excellent work life balance in place, flexible working hours and a real commitment to looking after their staff.

All projects are in Revit and most are BIM level 2. Revit training can be provided.

The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join the practice as a Part II Architectural assistant and have the opportunity to work on several projects including a 200 unit residential project from stage 4 onwards. Support will also be offered to fully qualify as an architect and gain their part III.

The company work in Revit, have a BIM manager and a dedicated BIM team which help support the Architects and Technologists.

The Requirements:

• MArch or Part II equivalent
• Experience using Revit (and AutoCAD) would be an advantage
• Experience working on UK based projects in a professional practice
• Ambitious, friendly and a team player

Salary and Package

• Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Private healthcare, pension etc.
