Pay: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 7am – 4pm, 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Alternating rota – Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with drivers and colleagues, you'll manage key admin tasks related to parcel dispatch, returns, and customer service support. When needed, you'll jump in to assist the warehouse team to keep things moving. Your role is all about keeping our team organized and our customers happy!
What We're Looking For:
We need someone with excellent admin skills, strong IT capabilities, and an eye for detail. But most importantly, you should have a customer-first mindset and great communication skills. Familiarity with health and safety practices is a plus!
