Transformation Lead

£65,000 - 6-month Fixed Term Contract

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation is currently going through a period of growth, change and transformation and is looking for a Transformation Lead for a 6-month period of work with the likelihood to go permanent.

This role with be supporting the COO and Transformation Director on high impact transformation projects across the business.

As the Transformation Lead, you will support the Transformation Director in managing the programme by utilizing tools, programme-level reporting, and conducting key meetings, analytics, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Transformation Director in managing the programme.
  • Status Reporting: Maintain overall status reporting, serving as the single programme-level source of truth for data on benefits, decisions, finance, governance, plan, resource, and risk.
  • Prepare key meetings and discussions, including weekly Executive Steering Committee meetings.
  • Analytics and Reports: Maintain analytics and reports and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.
  • ad hoc analysis to support the transformation overall and individual workstreams or projects.
  • Maintain critical resource plans and facilitate/escalate resource and prioritisation decisions.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as required to support business needs or departmental objectives.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week to be on site in South Manchester. This role can be commutable by tram and has on-site free parking if needed.
