Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a leading main contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil - £150Mil+

This is a Hybrid role, with time split between site and WFH.

As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Commercial, Cut + Carve Retrofit. There are two projects, one £60m and one £100m, both similar and in Victoria. You will lead one or both projects depending on skillset, experience, and workload, with an assistant reporting into you. Both are still in preconstruction, with start-on-site several months away.

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £40m+ commercial retrofits. It is essential that you have delivered a commercial project at a main contractor.
