Responsibilities

At Burges Salmon, we're passionate about building a vibrant culture. As part of our team, you'll provide exceptional service and actively engage in cultural initiatives that enhance our workplace. As an Associate (typically 3-5 PQE), you will support junior colleagues development, and your own, to become an expert in your area by seeking opportunities for skill expansion. Additionally, you'll contribute to developing our business by understanding client needs, leading CRM efforts, networking, and collaborating for sustainable growth.


What you'll need

  • Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters

  • Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively

  • Be self-motivated and willing to learn

  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge

  • Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
