Maintenance Specialist

Service Care Construction are hiring for a permanent Maintenance opertive to work with an established Social housing company in Leicestershire .

Responsibilities may look like but are not limited to :

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform repairs, maintenance, and renewals.
• Work in both empty properties and tenanted homes.
• Complete tasks such as changing taps, painting walls, and other maintenance duties.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and correctly on the first attempt.
