Senior Commercial Manager

The appointed Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the project operations and ensuring that the company's commercial activities are aligned with its strategic objectives. The role requires the candidate to be adept at managing a broader commercial team and both internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

As a Senior Commercial Manager you will be tasked with reviewing of the contract change control processes and ensuring it aligns with the requirements of the contract. You will prepare applications for payments in accordance with the terms of the contract and preparing final accounts. As well as this you will liaise with legal and corporate commercial services on matters relating to commercial and contracting policies, insurance bonds and guarantees. You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of the EPC projects to ensure increased efficiencies, cost savings and optimisation of margin.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of financial statements and metrics. As the new Senior Commercial Manager you will have the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources. You will also have experience in commercially managing projects from inception to completion and be proficient in financial forecasting and risk management.

We require a candidate with a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or related degree, and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying. You should also have experience in EPC projects. You will have strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams.
