Do you have expertise in fire safety and application in social housing, building construction or repairs and maintenance environments?

We're recruiting a Fire Safety Assurance Lead to ensure the integrity of Clarion's fire safety practices by developing, designing and managing the implementation of local small activities and actions to meet the wider Fire Safety Strategy and Fire Safety Risk Management Framework.

We'll look to you to deliver Fire Safety professional advice with appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to design appropriate strategies to scrutinise and provide assurance across Clarions activities and portfolio of services impacted by fire safety.

We're seeking someone with expert understanding of Fire Safety Risk Management Frameworks and their application in a large organisation. You'll already be NEBOSH qualified with a Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent qualification. You'll also need a European Diploma in Fire Safety and an IFE Graduate Grade Membership or equivalent qualification. To be successful, you'll need significant experience of working in a building or facilities management role paired with a sound understanding of housing construction, building pathology and how fire systems work in assets.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Croydon. Candidates will be expected to work from the base office at least one day per week.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required which will include attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices and sites as and when required.
