HR Operations Team Leader

My client is a professional services firm, with 10 offices in the UK and over 850 employees. Currently sitting within the Top 60 law firms within the UK.

We are now seeking a HR Operations Team Leader - Hybrid role (3/4 days in the office) - office based in Worcester, Salary is up to £40k (doe), benefits include excellent pension, 27 days holiday, bonus etc.

This role could suit an established HR Advisor who enjoys the operational side of HR/Employee life cycle and enjoys all things data, system, process and policy. This role will take you away from ER related work.

As the HR Op's Team Leader, you will support and guide a small, dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our talented and committed workforce. In this role, youll oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding and HR policy management to benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes. Your expertise in streamlining, simplifying, and enhancing administrative processes will be crucial as you help redesign key components of our HR systems, leveraging your knowledge of Excel and HRIS.

HR Operations Management / Systems & Data Analytics / Reward & Benefits administration / Team Leadership / Compliance & Performance

This is not a ER heavy or focused role!
