Multi Skilled Carpenter

I am working with a Devon based maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Exeter. Your role will be to carry out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.

Duties will include:

• Carpentry repairs
• Checking, repairing, replacing fire doors
• Adjusting windows and doors
• Repairing furniture
• Plumbing
• Painting

You will need:

• A qualification in carpentry
• To be multi skilled
• CSCS card - desirable
• Experience working within a similar role
• Clean driving licence
• Own tools
