Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil and structural engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a key infrastructure project.

About the Project:

Our client is embarking on a significant infrastructure project under a well-established contract framework within Bath. This project involves the construction of large civil infrastructure, including reinforced concrete works, drainage,278 works and other associated civil engineering tasks. The project is scheduled to run until mid-2025, with additional opportunities likely to follow, offering long-term career potential.

The Role:

• Project Planning: Develop and manage short term project schedules using MS project or P6.
• Client Progress Meetings: Lead regular meetings with key persons to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Team Management: Oversee and coordinate site teams, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to timelines.
• Design Coordination: liaison with design teams to ensure all project specifications are met.
• Commercial Oversight: Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets and financial performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally, degree-qualified with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or P6.
• Strong background in managing complex civil engineering projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage site teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Commercially savvy, with experience in budget management.
