About the Role:

As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you'll manage a £72 million budget for categories like fleet, hotels, property, and stationery. You'll lead a team of four Assistant Procurement Managers, develop procurement strategies, and build strong relationships with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement procurement plans for fleet, hotels and property.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 Assistant Procurement Managers.
• Manage an annual budget of £72 million, ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with other departments.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for the best terms and quality.
• Keep up with market trends and find opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in indirect procurement in fields like engineering, logistics, construction, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and achieve cost savings.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with procurement software and tools.
