Logistics Co-Ordinator

Are you an experienced Logistics professional looking for an exciting role in North Sea operations? Our client is seeking a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Aberdeen team.

This role offers more than standard logistics coordination. You'll play a critical part in North Sea operations, with opportunities to take ownership, make impactful decisions, and deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Management: Prepare, track, and arrange local, national, and international freight.
• Client Communication: Deliver excellent customer service, responding proactively to client needs.
• Offshore Fleet Management: Oversee testing and certification of offshore container stock.
• Terminal Coordination: Support terminal operations, ensuring materials meet client KPIs.
• Sales Support: Engage in reactive and proactive sales efforts.
• Out-of-Hours Work: Available to work outside normal hours when needed.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of North Sea Logistics and International Freight Forwarding.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Team player with a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Customs knowledge is advantageous.
