This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a warm and positive specialist provision school, who are focused on child engagement with a specific approach to children with Speech and Language Diffculties and Communication Needs. The school's specialist care, therapeutic services and curriculum provides support for children with complex learning difficulties and disabilities, allowing the teachers to offer an environment individualised to meet the needs of each of their students so they can fulfil their potential. The school creates a supportive and nurturing setting for each individual to develop both academically and personally. The Head Teacher and SLT are strong and supportive when it comes to both their teaching staff and pupils on role, so you can be assured to be involved within a nurturing environment.

The Successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience, or a willingness to learn, with children with SLCN and Sp&LD traits
• Experience supporting young children with a SEND environment
• DBS on the update service
