CRM Specialist

Immediate start - FTC - (3-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to a growing team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, retention, and overall lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy to drive customer loyalty, increase average spend, and enhance the propensity to refer.
• Leverage Klaviyo (or similar marketing automation tools) to create and execute effective CRM campaigns.
• Manage the company's text and push notification systems to increase engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with our data team to create a global monitoring system that junior CRM team members can easily use.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure seamless customer experiences by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices, industry trends, and be prepared to research those relevant to the gambling industry (if applicable).
• Mentor and train two junior CRM team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM roles within, e-commerce, fast-fashion, gambling or high-volume transactional environments (ideally with VIP customer experience).
• Proven track record in improving key metrics such as customer loyalty, return rates, average spend, referral rates, and lifetime value (case studies required).
• Expertise in using Klaviyo or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing text and push notification systems.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
