Job Description
Acclaimed American law firm who has had a strong London office presence for over 30 years is hiring a Professional Development Coordinator to join the growing wider HR team on a 15-month fixed term basis:
- £45,000 salary
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- 15-month fixed-term contract
Professional Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Professional Development Manager in coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training
- Assisting with trainee seat rotations and qualification process
- Help coordinate the lawyering orientation process for new trainees, associates and counsel
- Coordinate the associate reviews in the firm’s Asian and European offices, as well as lawyer training across the firm’s European offices
Key requirements for the Senior Professional Development Advisor include:
- 2 years+ Professional Development experience from a law firm
- Exceptional written, communication and organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
