Who are we?

We are a small, high impact recruitment agency / headhunting consultancy specialising in the Architecture and Design sector with a physical presence in London and Bishops Stortford.

Since we were founded in 2021, we have built a reputation for being highly consultative as well as able to fill roles faster with access to better candidates than our much larger and well-established competitors.

We have had consistent year on year revenue growth, increased average fee size and increased average fee percentages.

Highly renowned, international architectural companies are choosing to ditch the larger established agencies, to work with us instead.

It’s really exciting and we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far – in 3.5 short years, we have gone from being a brand-new business with no clients, to being one of the top choices for strategic hiring in the UK architectural sector, all with just 2 members of staff!

Across his 10 year recruiting career, our founder has a track record of developing recruiters into highly successful consultants and we are looking for potential future leaders, regardless of experience level.

Our Bishop’s Stortford office is a coworking space we share with other entrepreneurs, business owners and sector leaders. We have office-wide socials, running clubs, Christmas/summer party, 5-a-side, gig nights as well as the usual stuff - free coffee, fruit, cakes, tuck shop etc. We are a dog friendly office.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency experience
• Experience in a candidate-short market is a preference
• Experience recruiting within a white-collar sector is a preference
• Experience recruiting in Architecture/Design or a related sector is not required but is an advantage
• A good billing record
• Able to clearly articulate yourself on the phone and in writing
• Resilient, empathetic and able to laugh even when times get tough
• Able to work from our Bishops Stortford office (CM23 1JG), hybrid working is available
• Must have right to work in the UK without sponsorship
