CLASS 1 TRAMPER

WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7 BETWEEN MONDAY - SUNDAY: 04:00 - 07:00 STARTS

£15.00 - £26.55 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Trampers to join our well-established client based in Boston, Lincolnshire.

This role will be ongoing for the right candidate.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Days £15 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights £17 per hour
• Saturday £17 per hour
• Sunday £19 per hour
• Nights out £25 per night out
• Overtime after 50 hours - £26.55 per hour

Day to Day Duties

• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with Driving rules and regulations
• Trunk runs to depots
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Curtain-side work
• Strapping loads correctly
• Trunk runs
• Tramping work

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on a general haulage contract is desired but not essential
