Contract Manager

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in NEC Contracts to join our Crawley based client.

£42,000 to £48,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. This role will require you to take ownership of multiple service contracts or projects within highway electrical infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who ideally has highways/road experience but welcome applicants from related industries such as Civil Engineering and Local Authority Maintenance.

What will the Contracts Manager be doing?

• Support end to end management of installations across the West and East Midlands
• Management of medium sized on site team ensuring all H&S, quality objectives and delivery timescales are met
• Overseeing the planning of your team's work
• Management of a wide portfolio of projects at the same time, varying in value from £10K to £500K

What we are looking for in the Contracts Manager?

• Previous experience in Project Management – essential
• Experience within highways or Section 278 works – desirable
• Able to read, interpret and understand construction drawings
