Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step up in your career?
We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work for our well established and market leading client based in Hinckley.
You will provide bespoke HR documentation support. Looking after a wide range of industries setting up their company policies, contracts and handbooks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation as well as first class customer service skills.
Responsibilities for this HR Administrator role:
Drafting employment documentation for clients
Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
Guide clients with all employment law/HR enquiries (VC , phone, email)
Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction
Ensuring you are up to date with legislation changes
Person specification for this HR Administrator:
Proactive and creative problem solver
Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Customer service
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
An enthusiasm for generating new business referrals
Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively.
Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised as required
This is a full-time permanent HR Administrator position, working Monday to Friday 9am 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!
