HGV Class 1 Driver

We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers to work for our well-known client in Lichfield.

PAYE rates below:

- £16 Flat rate days P/H
- £19 Saturday P/H
- £20 Sunday P/H

Your Time at Work
- Day start times between 00:00 - 03:00
- Multi drop work up to 5 drops per day
- Average shift length is hours - locations can be as far down as Southampton
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available
- Guaranteed 10 hours per shift as a minimum
- Single and Double Decker trailers
- Store Deliveries and Container work - (training will be provided on containers if not done before)

Our Perfect Worker
- Class 1 drivers however there may be a requirement to drive a Rigid (Class 2 vehicle) where needed
- Tail lift, handballing involved
- A minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience required

What are we looking for in a HGV Class 1 Driver ?
- Valid CPC and DIGI card
- No more than 6 points
- No IN, DD, DR
- Good geographical knowledge
