Job Description
We are looking for a number of customer service advisors for our logistics client based in Southampton.
We have both full and part time roles available.
These roles are permanent and you will be working directly for our client and not through the agency.
The role involves;
- -Respond to customer escalations directly, contacting them via phone and email to understand the problem and obtain information needed to help them get their parcel
- - Empathise with and prioritise customer needs, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues
- - Build relationships and liaise every day with the Logistics team in the station to help get the best outcome for our customers
- - Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- - Monitor customer deliveries in real-time for delivery success
