Salary Negotiable DOE

Due to the continued growth and success of, we are on the hunt for a Service Manager to join our team and assist with the development and growth of the service department and play a key role in our management team.

Skills & Responsibilities
Hold regular service meetings with engineers to ensure service & breakdown is up to date
Willing to visit customer sites as and when is necessary
Managing the diaries and schedules of the other engineers
Providing technical support and logging all service and breakdown requests
Ensuring maintenance contracts are up to date
Responsible for preparing quotations and processing invoices
Experience managing budgets and resources
Experience with Electrical / Mechanical Engineering i.e installation, commissioning, fault-finding etc
Experience working with food packaging / processing machinery such as VFFS, HFFS, Multi-head Weighers, Metal Detectors / Checkweighers, Auger Fillers etc
The ideal candidate will have a strong character in terms of managerial skills and will have a passion for service and customer care.
