Senior Payroll Functional Consultant - 12 month Contract

Contract Type: 12 months Inside IR35
Daily Rate: £600-£650 p/d
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week in East London or Central London offices

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Functional Lead/Senior with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS Payroll Implementation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead and support the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions. You will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey, focusing on the implementation and optimization of the Oracle Fusion SaaS Payroll system.

As the Payroll Functional Lead/Senior, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical and functional expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of payroll projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Oracle Fusion SaaS Payroll, deep technical knowledge, and experience in data load interfaces and HCM cloud.

Skills Required:

1. 5 years experience in SaaS Payroll functional
2. Oracle Fusion SaaS Payroll Implementation
3. Functional expert and technical – Minimum 3 projects
4. Knowledge Experience in Fusion SaaS HR, Benefits, Self Service
5. Expertise and Experience in developing file (CSV) data load interfaces
6. HCM cloud experience/knowledge
