Hands-On Property Portfolio Manager

Role : Managing portfolio of properties, lettings the apartment and shops in central and North West London

• Checking and Approving ASTs and deposit scheme of tenants
• Monitoring maintenance contractors and repairs of the properties, etc.
• Liaising with tenants and management to ensure any repairs concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
• Checking tenants monthly payments, dealing with utilities bills
• Dealing with directors correspondence and emails etc.
• Reporting to Co. Director and dealing with appointments and ad hoc requests as required.
• Self-confident multi-tasking working independently and be working with team of three
• working independently with word excel outlook and IT proficient

At least 3 years property experience required, otherwise no need to apply.
