Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize network systems, servers, and storage to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing upgrades and patches as necessary.
• Document infrastructure processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
