Service Receptionist

Do you have a passion for cars?
Our client, a local family-owned business is looking for a service advisor for their busy garage in Nairn.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers, dealing with initial enquiries by phone, email and in person, entering information on to the computer system, liaising with customers through their journey.
The successful candidate should
- Have great customer service skills
- Have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a customer facing environment
- Be computer literate
- Have a genuine interest in cars
- Be able to work as part of a part of a team and on their own initiative
- Be reliable
Experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable but a great attitude and interest in cars is more important. Full training and a great salary await the successful candidate.
