Job Description

Pertemps are excited to be recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator for one of our clients, who are a nationally recognised construction equipment supplier.

Our client who is based in Chapeltown, offer a range of heavy plant equipment from the worlds leading manufacturers and the have over 50 years experience within the industry!

Your role within the company would involve a range of administrative duties, such as:
  • Filing and keeping data stored physically and electronically
  • Answering the phone
  • Sending emails to customers
  • Data entry
  • Posting invoices
  • Matching invoices to purchase order numbers
Other duties may also be required of you by your line manager.

Successful Candidates:
  • Previous experience within an administrative role and office environment
  • Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable and hard-working
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:

You will be required to work 20 hours per week, across Monday to Friday. The 4 hours per day can be flexible, however latest finish would be 4pm.

The role is being advertised on a temporary basis, for a minimum of 1 month.

Your pay rate is £11.50 per hour, and you will be based in the office full-time. The office location is Chapeltown, S35 so you must ensure you are able to reliably commute.
