The role:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our clients growing regional business to undertake the role of Technical Co-ordinator. Reporting to theSnr Design Manageryou will assist in managing and ensuring the effective delivery of mixed tenure residential developments from a technical discipline. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings and presenting to clients, senior leadership within the business and to all levels of the business.

The role will comprise providing assistance to the Snr Design Manager in providing technical management and timely progression of mixed tenure residential projects through prestart stage to physical start on site and to provide support to the build stage accordingly. In particular the candidate should be familiar with and be able to:

• Process design information and maintain document control and issue
• Co-ordinate and assist in management of the design team and specialist subcontractors
• Process Manage design interfaces between packages
• Technically evaluate scheme proposals ensuring planning and building control matters are addressed

Required skills & experience
All as per job profile and in particular:

• Residential new build experience in both private sale and social housing markets
