•As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, your responsibilities will include supporting solicitors, managing files, and ensuring that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently.



•The appointed paralegal will prepare and submit Land Registry applications, draft legal documents, letters, and contracts, and coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.



•Applications are open to paralegals with at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of general conveyancing and related topics, and a thorough understanding of land registry practices.



•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
