Our client, a leading provider of rural services, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor to join their Land Management team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of innovative and affluent private clients on diverse projects that optimise their assets.

Position Overview

As an Associate Director or Senior Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in managing key estate management clients, undertaking estate and farming business reviews, and handling exciting diversification projects. Your expertise will contribute to the team's success in delivering exceptional services to their prestigious client base.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
• Undertake estate and farming business reviews
• Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
• Conduct secured lending and professional valuations
• Manage and lead a high-performing team
• Maintain and grow a strong client base

Requirements

• MRICS qualified with experience in delivering various projects
• Demonstrated team leadership potential and client relationship skills
• Composed manner and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident and professional demeanour
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
