A very fast scaling Health Tech Start-Up is looking for an experienced Growth Engineer to join the team. They are one of, if not the, fastest growing companies in the UK right now having seen their number of paid subscribers increase by over 3,000% in the past year alone!

Growth Engineer (JavaScript / Typescript) Role:

As a Growth Engineer you will be a key player right in the middle of the Engineering and Growth Teams, as well as working closely with the founders and CTO to drive the evolution of their products and make a real impact in the health tech and wellness industry.

Key Growth Software Engineer (JavaScript / Typescript) Skills That Would Be Great to Have:

• 2+ years experience in a growth team / as a growth engineer
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with a strong foundation in software engineering.
• A track record of collaborating effectively within a dynamic, highly-skilled engineering team in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in your specialization area (Frontend, Backend, etc).
• Professional experience in A/B testing
• The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and embrace challenges outside your comfort zone.
• Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end features, from initial architecture design through to deployment, testing, and ongoing support.
• Strong AWS and React Native

Nice-to-Have Growth Software Engineer (JavaScript / Typescript) Skills:

• Experience with deployment, release cycles, or CI/CD.
• Experience with serverless architectures, AWS, and open-source contributions.
• Experience delivering features end-to-end, from architecture design to releasing and supporting.
