Job Description

Healthcare and medical device experience are essential for this role, so experience in both areas is required for applications to be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager on to be responsible for the management of the service delivery across London and the South of England. This is a key position in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards. Please note, travel to the Head Office in Theale would be required roughly once a week.

As the Medical Device Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites
  • Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with head of operations over budget management for the account
  • Production of performance reports
  • Undertake audits of medical equipment

The successful Medical Device Service Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • MHRA managing medical devices
  • Contract management skills
  • 5+ years' experience in NHS / private healthcare
  • Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality
